The quality assurance
We consider the claims which have arrived within 24 hours from the moment of a flowers delivery.
- In case if you you wasn't satisfied with quality of flowers or the work of the florist, send on the e-mail address email@example.com a photo of the delivered bouquet with number of the order and the claim description. Our customer support service will make the decision under the claim and will contact you within 2 working days.
- If you wasn't satisfied with the work of operator on a booking, delivery services, flowers shop or other departments working over execution of your order:
— leave your response on the page To Complain
— and our customer support service will contact you within the working day and will consider your claim in the shortest terms.
We do not forward any personal information of our customers to third parties.
Our site uses an order form to order products and services. Contact information from the order form is used to deliver orders and order confirmations to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.
